Swallow with food instead of water. Believe me, it helps.
I hear that freezing the capsules will cause a delay so the oil is released in your small intestine and not your stomach.
No word on whether this creates fish fart.
I found that when I eat them with food, the fish burp is delayed by about an hour. I'm just glad I have pills and don't have to down a spoonful of straight fish oil. Yech!
I'll third the "with food" advice. :)
