Just sounds like you can't win sir. Have you ever heard of Emergen-C, that might help you on a daily basis....not to mention when your sick. My friend is very into alternative medicine and swears by it.
I joined the Alternative Medicine network thinking they would tell me all-natural ways to improve things wrong with me. Instead it turns out to be all about vitamin suplements and not dietary changes. And I now know why insurance companies love them so: nothing the doctor will prescribe me is covered by prescription drug coverage. It sucks!
