I graduated undergrad with a certain comic genius who goes by the name of Les McClaine. His most recent comic book has now been turned into a tv series! Check out the promo.

But it says "The Middleman is based on Javier Grillo-Marxuach's series of graphic novels." So who is that? Did he steal Les' idea? And does it take place in Chicago, because that is the Smurfit-Stone building toward the end?

Javier gets a lot of the credit cuz he used to work on "Lost." He writes the books, Les does all the art. They created it together though. I'm not sure where it's set, but I know it was shot in Vancouver.

For more info, check out Les's site at http://www.evilspacerobot.com
