October 6, 2008: "On The Bright Side"

Folks, I've been and continue to be very very busy and not very wealthy. As such, I'm completely out of ideas for a good Halloween costume. Any suggestions out there? I'd much appreciate them.

One of us went to the Chicago Botanic Gardens yesterday. Which of us was it? Well I have this drawing I made of some rocks on the Japanese Zen Garden island. Whada you got?

I've been working on some sizable strips here and there, and I'll post a couple of them tomorrow morning for your holiday enjoyment. In the meantime, I recently finished designing a website for Frank and his movie-making. You can check it out at www.FrankMerle.com.

Bottle Designs
Frank's shooting another movie at the end of the month and he asked me to design some bottles of alcohol for the shoot. The first was a pomegranate schnapps called Dionysus, the second was a limited run wine. These are the fruits of my labors. Any critical feedback would be welcome.
